- If you require financing we recommend you make an appointment to meet with a mortgage representative from one or more of the local lending institutions to determine your ‘buying power’. Once pre-approved for financing, when you find the perfect home you will be in a position to negotiate the purchase and enter into contract, subject only to final approval of your mortgage application.
- Once agreement has been reached, engage the services of a Property Attorney to advise you throughout the sales process.
- Upon signing sale and purchase agreements, you will be required to place a 10% deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow by the Stakeholder until closing and any interest accrued is for the benefit of the Purchaser
