Donna Bennett - Rentals In 1999 the increased volume of our rental business necessitated hiring an individual whose sole focus would be on Rentals. Naturally we wanted the best and we found her. Donna is full of enthusiasm, energy and determination. Liz Lusher - Sales After Liz's career as an Executive Assistant to a number of top executives and as Human Resources Manager for a large local company, it seemed a natural progression to join the "family firm" in a business that is so people-oriented. Liz's success is based on her ability to listen, understand and anticipate the individual needs and desires of a wide variety of prospects and clients. She is motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of matching the right property with the right individual. Pauline LeBlanc - Sales & Rentals After a long-standing close personal friendship with the Lusher family, Pauline decided to join the real estate business in 2008. With a background in research and a record of attention to detail in the corporate business sector, Pauline transfers her skills now to the team at Joy Real Estate Ltd. as our newest sales associate. With a BA honours in psychology, Pauline’s understanding of people and their needs will translate into great relationships with clients. She is an eager and resourceful person who will go the distance for her clients. Jamie Lusher - Sales & Rentals Raised in New York and Los Angeles, Jamie was educated in Paris at The American University. Jamie started her diverse career at a talent agency in New York and then moved on to the fashion and communications industries. Married to family member Nicholas of Nicholas Lusher Antiques and Fine Art, she has made Bermuda her home for the last 20 years; together they have a son and a daughter. With her international experiences both professionally and personally, she brings to Joy Lusher Real Estate a special sense of style and taste and a professional and caring manner towards her clients. Jamie will warmly welcome her clients who will benefit from her personal attention to their unique tastes and wishes. Diana Martin - Office Manager Diana Martin was raised in Bermuda and has lived on the Island for most of her life. She was Executive Assistant at the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce for several years before leaving there to become the manager and editor of two visitor-oriented publications in Bermuda. Diana spent the last seven years in Vermont and enjoyed great success as a realtor licensed in both Vermont and New Hampshire. She and her family returned to Bermuda last year, and we are pleased to have her join us at Joy Lusher Real Estate as Office Manager.
