We have access to all properties currently for sale island-wide either on a direct listing or co-brokerage basis. We will keep you apprised of any new listings and price adjustments on available listings, and disclose all information that may affect your decision to purchase. Our sales associates are seasoned in the art of handling negotiations and you can be assured that the process of reaching agreement at a price acceptable to all parties will be handled with the utmost professionalism.

Our Agents have a broad range of experience assisting buyers in finding and securing property in Bermuda. We work on a co-brokerage basis with all local Realtors ensuring full market coverage of current properties for sale.

  • If you require financing we recommend you make an appointment to meet with a mortgage representative from one or more of the local lending institutions to determine your ‘buying power’. Once pre-approved for financing, when you find the perfect home you will be in a position to negotiate the purchase and enter into contract, subject only to final approval of your mortgage application.
  • Once agreement has been reached, engage the services of a Property Attorney to advise you throughout the sales process.
  • Upon signing sale and purchase agreements, you will be required to place a 10% deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow by the Stakeholder until closing and any interest accrued is for the benefit of the Purchaser
